Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Free from stains, odors, or pet hair
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns on:
Personalized or customized items
Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
